BRUCE DICKINSON: Track Listing For 'Chemical Wedding' Soundtrack Revealed
May 20, 2008UK's What Records has revealed the final track listingfor the soundtrack to "Chemical Wedding", the supernatural horror-thriller written by IRON MAIDEN frontman Bruce Dickinson and longtime "Monty Python" editor Julian Doyle, who also directed the film. The CD will be released via What Records in the UK next Monday, May 26.
Julian Doyle will appear in London this Friday for the launch of the "Chemical Wedding" book at Atlantis a bookshop which was frequented by Aleister Crowley himself. Doyle will be there to sign copies of the book and show "the making of" "Chemical Wedding" to all of the attendees.

Dickinson was in Cannes this past weekend to show off "Chemical Wedding". Dickinson, a registered commercial airline pilot, flew himself to the south of France, along with a bunch of journalists and fans.

Dickinson is not the first rocker to be inspired by Crowley, who died in 1947. LED ZEPPELIN guitarist Jimmy Page was a big collector of Crowley's writings and even bought his Scottish estate. OZZY OSBOURNE, meanwhile, eulogized him in the song "Mr. Crowley".
